Only 1 output for this PT#4.1 – 4th Quarter. However, you have two OPTIONS to choose from either Music or Arts:
A. Music- Festival or Drama Critique (Dance Drama or Character Portrayal)  
B. Arts-  Festival Mask Designing from Recycled Materials
 

A. MUSIC - “Festival or Drama Critique (Dance Drama or Character Portrayal)” 
Guidelines:
- individual performance task dance drama or character portrayal 
- make a presentation of any of the theatrical forms like zarzuela, bodabil, or komedya in a modern way/style.
- make a creative interpretation or presentation.
- record with at least 1 minute or less than a min. your creative video presentation.
- submit your video in our google classroom on/or before  May 6, 2022


Criteria:
-mastery of the lines, songs, steps-15 pts
-musicality/voice quality-15 pts
-creativity and resourcefulness-15 pts
-overall impact-5 pts
Total Points = 50
 
                B. ARTS  - “Festival Mask Designing from Recycled Materials ”
Guidelines:
- individual performance task
- choose a festival to design a prop made of recycled materials;
- design a festival mask made of various materials like feathers, cartoons, construction or colored         paper, flowers, stone, shells, beads, etc. (any available recycled materials);
- make a creative output and observe the elements of art.
- submit only 1 output
- have a picture and selfie of your work at 1-2 pictures (wearing your festival mask)
        *1st picture-working on the task
        *2nd picture-finished product/output and wearing your festival mask from recycled materials

- submit your output in our google classroom on/or before May 6, 2022

Criteria:
-Color Harmony-10 pts
-materials (recycled)-15 pts
-visual impact- 10 pts
Total Points=50

PT#3.1-3rd Quarter
Only 1 output for this PT#3.1 - 3rd Quarter. However, you have two OPTIONS to choose from either Music or Arts
Improvisation Kitchen Band or Designing a Malong | Performance Task#3.1 | Third Quarter | Music and Arts | MAPEH 7

A. MUSIC-Improvisation Kitchen Band 
Guidelines:                                                                                                           
1. This will be done individually, partner, or by groups of 2-6 members;
2. Present a simultaneous production of Rhythmic Sounds of SUA KU SUA or TU MAN produced by the natives of Mindanao;
3. Perform the rhythm and music using improvised musical instruments (Kitchen Utensil or Materials)
-Use different materials found in the kitchen or at home  that may create sounds;
4. You may move, dance, and sing the song as possible (like what is in the band);
5. Have it digitally recorded and collate it as one for the group tasks.
6. Editing at the end. Please include the following:
-Name of Members-Roles
8. The video must not exceed 2 mins. You will be given the 2 weeks to do the task and we will use our asynchronous schedule time for this activity;
-You may watch the video link posted above for your guide (lyrics and vocals).
9. Submit your video/image in our LMS on/or before this on March  7, 2022

B. ARTS-Designing a MALONG
1. On your MAPEH Notebook or Short size bond paper,  draw and illustrate;
-Design a MALONG textile, using different lines, shapes, flora, and fauna patterns on your design.
2. Color your design;
3. Photograph or have a selfie of your work.
4. Submit your video/image in our LMS on/or before this on March  7, 2022

Guidelines:

-        individual performance task

-        decide on any artistic body adornments like a necklace, bracelets, anklets made of ethnic or                     recycled materials;

-       design bead jewelry or jewelry made of various materials like a magazine, construction or colored          paper, stone, shell, native beads, etc. (any available recycled materials); 

-        make a creative output and observe harmony of colors, pattern in choosing your beads or stone

-       submit only 1 output 

-       have a picture and selfie of your work at 1-2 pictures (wearing your tribal accessories)

        *1st picture-working on the task

        *2nd picture-finished product/output and wearing your tribal accessories from recycled materials 

        *make a collage using your picture and paste it on a docx file (word file) format.

PERFORMANCE TASK IN MUSIC AND ARTS


PT#2.1 - 2nd Quarter | MAPEH 9 

"FANCIFUL BOOKMARK"

 Materials Needed: 

Oslo Paper used folder, crayon, ruler, a pencil, a pair of scissors, colored strings, or yarn. 

Procedure: 

1. Obtain pictures of a Classical or Romantic Design and Style of your choice;

-Digital or Hand Paint/Drawing

2. Make sure that its size is just enough for your bookmark;

3. Cut your Oslo paper or your short folder measuring 2" x 6" in size. 

4. Paste painting/drawing reproduction;

5. Include an art quote if possible;

6. Punch a small hole on top to insert and tie a string, ribbon or yarn;

7. Provide authentic documentation (before and after) of the Performance Task;

-2 to 3 pictures in the collage as 1

8. Only 1 output needed (Finished Product);

9. Submit this on or before December 18, 2020 (FRIDAY).
