Importance of Warm-up

What is the purpose of warm-up exercise?

This is to slowly elevate the pulse to an aerobic level and increase muscular efficiency.

How to perform warm-up exercises?

This is to engage in 2-5 minutes of walking, slow jogging, and light calisthenics.

what I've learned in this lesson is that warm up exercises is very important because it helps our muscle to relax.

I have learned that hypertensionis a very dangerous and it is called as a silent killer cause it often show no warning or symtoms.
