Importance of Cool-down

What is the purpose of cool-down exercise?

This is to decrease slowly pulse and breathing rates to turn to normal.

How to perform cool-down exercises?

This is to stretch the muscle groups specially those involve in the exercise or static stretching.

what I've learned in this lesson is that cool down exercises are very important because it helps to relax our muscles and to avoid straince
