It is part of physical activity that is planned, structure, repetitive and purposive in the sense that improvement or maintained of physical fitness is an objective.

In addition, this is to build strength and muscular endurance especially in the muscles not developed through the aerobic activity.

what I've learned in this lesson is that body conditioning exercises are very important because it helps muscle to be prepare when we are using our muscle continuously.
