R - You are one of the contributors to this issue. You have been assigned to write an essay about the components of physical fitness, revised physical fitness tests, and supplemental physical activities. You must also come up a catchy title for the essay.
A - You need to convince sedentary people to do simple exercises and help active people maintain their lifestyle.
S - You have been asked to contribute an article on the importance of having a physically fit body. It must convince people to engage in physical activities regularly.
P - You need to write an article which will encourage people to evaluate their own fitness level so that they can engage in a healthy and active lifestyle.
S - Your article needs to include the different physical fitness components (health-related and skill-related), fitness test and supplemental physical activities.
