Do the following Activities :

1. Research about Health-Related Components (HRC) and Skill Related Components (SRC), give the different components and it's meaning, and give 1 example each. 
2. Get your Weight in kg (kilogram). 
3. Get your Height in m (meter).
4. Get your Waist Circumference in cm (centimeter). 
5. Get your Hips Circumference in cm (centimeter).

*Be on time
*Be polite and respectful
*Dress up appropriately (wear a uniform if there's any)
*Be SAFE!  Don't give any personal information like password, phone numbers to anyone.

1. Turn off your microphone upon joining
-when someone's speaking and when it is not your turn to speak

2. Turn on your video camera 
-so that the teacher can see you.

3. Stay seated
-pay attention to while your teacher is discussing.

4. Use the chatbox appropriately
post your comments, questions that are only related to the lesson.

5. Actively Participate
-always grab the opportunity to share your insights

 Enjoy your online class and Have a happy learning!

Two Types of Online learning:
1. Asynchronous Learning-uses online resources; students access the same communication tool at a different time at different places; flexibility of learning.

2. Synchronous Learning- uses online resources; students access the same communication tool in the same place, at the same time, in order for learning to take place. Fixed schedule of classes and meet in real-time.
