A. Individual Performance
Guidelines:                                                                                                          
1. This will be done, individual;
2. Perform the following:
-Fundamental Position of Arms and Feet- 1st to 5th Positions
- Basic Dance Steps of Tinikling -Figures 1 to 5
4. Have it recorded digitally; 
5. The video must not exceed 5 mins. You will be given the 2 weeks to do the task and we will use our asynchronous schedule time for this activity;
You may watch the video posted on our previous lessons for your guide.
-Fundamental Position of Arms and Feet
-Step by Step Demonstration of Tinikling
Submit your video/image in our LMS on/or before  April 2, 2022
 
B. Individual  Performance
Guidelines:
1. Create a poster about Mental Health
2. Choose one (1) on any of the following topics:
-Depression
-Coping with Death and Dying
-Warning Signs of Mental Disorder
-Stress
-Stress Management Skill
3. Make a creative output
-have a picture/selfie of your work at 1-2 pictures of your poster
Submit your video/image in our LMS on/or before April 2, 2022
Criteria:
PE/Health

*Mastery/Design-10 pts
*Transition/Color Harmony-10 pts
*Positioning/Neatness-10 pts
*Overall Presentation-10 pts

Physical Education 7 Quarter 3 –– Exercise Program (Folk Dance)

Fundamental Position of Arms and Feet
ArmsFeet
1st Position
Encircle both arms in front of the chest with the fingertips about an inch apart
Heels together toe apart with an angle of 45 degrees


2nd Position
Both arms raised sideward with a graceful curve

Astride sideward of about a pace or 1-foot distance
3rd Position
One arm raised sideward the other arm overhead 
The heel of one foot close to the in-step of the other foot
4th Position
One arm in a half-circle in front and the other arm raised overhead
One foot in front of the other about a pace distance
5th Position
Both hands raised overhead 
The heel of the front foot is close to the big toe of the rear foot.
