Waist to Hip Ratio | WHR | How to Compute the WHR

WHAT IS WHR?

 The waist-hip ratio or waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) is the circumference of the waist to that of the hips

This is calculated as waist measurement divided by hip measurement (W ÷ H). For example, a person with a 26″ waist and 32″ hips have a waist-hip ratio of about 0.81.

HOW TO COMPUTE/GET THE WHR?

WHR =  (W ÷ H).
