i have already participated in an Itik-Itik dance and i feel so happy after the presentation because we were declared to have the best performance.. it wasn't only itik-itik but also many other different folk dances.. you feel unusually great having performed dances from your very own culture..
Dancing makes me happy and if i am dancing sometimes in our house ,it takes away my stress.
Dancing is very important not just to me but to all of us because without this we can be lonesome. i can express my feelings by dancing.whether happy or sad.And one thing i love mostly of dancing is that i can tell all the people that i also have a talent. And this i thank god.
is there only 5 or 9 ?
dancing contributed a lot to my personality as a human being......it boost my confidence at school...i can express my feelings through dancing...dancing really is my passion...and i encourage all the people to dance whether you are old or young....dancing has no exceptions...
i was a member of our university dance troupe and i have danced nearly every folk dance of the philippines from the cordilleran dances of luzon to the muslim dances of mindanao and i have to say, nothing beats the experience of being able to live in each and every moment just dancing these dances.
what about the sub-classifications and categories of the philippine folk dance?
