Have you ever witnessed being cheated? I hope you haven’t. I have experienced this myself either. It was my sister’s experience, not mine. Here is the story.
I will never forget this experience of mine. This happened a year ago. I was in the mall strolling and window shopping. After a minute unfortunately, I saw my brother-in-law in the next corner together with a girl. So, I rushed to catch him. I thought, the girl that I saw was my sister but it was not. That’s was the mistress of my brother in law. At that time I felt the earth was shaking and turning upside down. I wanted to shout but I couldn’t. That was my experience that made me angry and mad.
Who was cheated? It was my sister. But even them, that experience hurt me because the victim is my own flesh and blood.

My Flesh and Blood
Students Express Filipino Characteristics Through Dance
A Dance as fine arts is more expressive and emotional than visual arts, though dance presentations are temporary and short lived. The feelings evoked by the dancers are so powerful the spectators are usually carried by the expressive movements of joy, merriment, love, religiosity, anguish and pain, depending on theme of the dance.
In this area, students perform different folk dances.
Congrats, keep it up! Presentation well done!

Effects of Technology
Now days, our students have less interest in their studies because of technology. This has become vital tool for communication, leisure, and transforming in the process the way thousands of students live.
Every new invention has its own merit and demerit. With advancing technology to bring comfort to man, the channel co communication have widened. The real power in the changing times is at our fingertips.
However, that technology has its downside. Cellular phones have become a medium for chatting nonsense, becoming anti-social cheating. Students’ text answers to their buddies during exams or activities. Most of the time, instead of studying and working assignments students listening to their mp3, mp4 or iPods.
In addition, using the internet for research students visit pornography web site or on line games and getting addicted to it.
So, let us help one another to educate them properly. What is more important is to use it wisely, otherwise we will rely more on technology and less on What really matter most in the end of the day, our education, family, friends and Almighty God.

The Life Story of Men and Women
What took you so long to settle down? Hm mm…There are lots of reasons. However, as we grow, we can compare our age women to different countries.
Women our story starts here…
Between the ages of 15-20, a woman is like Africa. She is half-discovered, half wild.
Between the ages of 21-30, she is like America. Fully discovered and scientifically perfect.
Between the ages of 30-35, she is like India and Japan. It’s very hot, wise and beautiful.
Between the ages of 36-40, she is like France. She is half-destroyed after the war but still desirable.
Between the ages of 41-50, she is like Germany. She lost the war but not the hope.
Between the ages of 51-60, she is like Russia. Very wide, very quiet but nobody goes there.
Between the ages of 61070, she is like England. She’s with a glorious past but no more future.
Hm mm…After 70, they become like Siberia. Everyone knows where it is, but no one wants to go there.
So…fellow women, it’s our turn. A man’s life can be described as a train or a railway track. Why?
Men story starts here…
When they are 20, every station they want to stop.
When they are 30, they can only stop at one station.
When they are 40, they want to stop but they are not allowed to stop.
When they are 50, they want to stop but they cannot stop.
When they are 60, they can’t even start. So, how can they stop?
Something to Ponder…

Preparation of MAPEH Culminating Activity
Practice, Practice, Practice Makes Perfect!
What I noticed, with our students in high school at this time. They're too pre-occupied and very busy of their practices especially, for Folk Dance Presentation (Culminating). As I can see it in their faces they're trying hard for the best of their group. Yes, all of them are getting prepped up for the folk Dance Presentation. They're all tired. However, willing to sacrifice and sweat off.
Culminating Activity is not a joke. It is very tough task. Precisely, it requires lot of preparation in order to compete others. So, even if the heat is blistering at the roof top, still our students all set for practice. The good thing here, even if they're mixed up with different groups, sections, year level and with even college students. Still, you can see the unity, teamwork and the camaraderie amongst students. That's how wonderful learning takes place.
So, to all students have enough courage, confidence and self-esteem. This is the first step toward becoming better than you are (better you).
Good luck and God Bless!!!

Letting Go of the Past
What a day! A Fresh Valentines, a day to love and full of love.
To love is to forgive and to forgive is to forget. When? How?
Is letting go the pain and accepting what has happened because it will not change. Dismissing the blame, choices were made that caused the hurt. Looking at the pain, learning the lessons it has produced and understanding what we have learned. Yes, it’s difficult, painful and it hurts a lot. However, allows us to move on toward a better understanding of true love and our true purpose.
So, try and start over again. Ponder, its saying…I forgive you, and I forgive myself. I Hope you can do the same. Have a great Valentines!!!

Do Re Mi
Lyrics:
From "The sound of Music"
Words by Oscar Hammerstein
Music by Richard Rogers
- doe a dear, a female deer
- ray a drop of golden sun
- me a neme I call my self
- far a long, long way to run.
- sew a needle pulling thread,
- la a note to follow sew,
- tea a drink with jam and bread
that will bring us back to
