Letting Go of the Past

What a day! A Fresh Valentines, a day to love and full of love.
To love is to forgive and to forgive is to forget. When? How?

Is letting go the pain and accepting what has happened because it will not change. Dismissing the blame, choices were made that caused the hurt. Looking at the pain, learning the lessons it has produced and understanding what we have learned. Yes, it’s difficult, painful and it hurts a lot. However, allows us to move on toward a better understanding of true love and our true purpose.

So, try and start over again. Ponder, its saying…I forgive you, and I forgive myself. I Hope you can do the same. Have a great Valentines!!!
