Fire Incident

I snapped this picture last October 4, 2010 while I was in the roof top of our school. This fire incident hits more than 100 houses in Urgello, Cebu City. It ruined both offices and residential building.

That's some fire! Sounds like it took quite a chunk of the city. Hope it can be rebuilt.

the friend of my brother was always there when a fire incident occurs... i remember visiting his house and he showed me different pictures of fire incidents may it be a building or even houses..
i don't know why he has been doing it, maybe because it has been related to the course he has been taking which is law.. but i wonder, how does law connect with fires..??
