What is Physical Education?

It is part of the general education program that focuses on the total growth and development of each child primarily through movement experiences
It provides students opportunities to participate in sports, games, and group activities designed to develop and maintain wellness.

I learned physical education, physical fitness and its components. Through this lesson I have many things learned. I know what exercises improve your HRC or SRC. And the things to be healthy.
