What are the two components of Physical Fitness?
The two components of physical fitness are Health-related components and skill-related components.
Health-related components concern the development of qualities necessary to function efficiency and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This is about fitness ability.
Skill-related components concern the development and participation in sports more specific on various dual and team sports.This is about fitness level.
