Philippine Independence

I have noticed this week before June 12, 2010. The Philippine flags are hanging on street posts, buildings, and vehicles. This symbolizes independence from the colony of other nation. For this year, a legal holiday in commemoration of the adoption of Philippine independence is move to June 14, Monday instead of June 12.

we must be very thankful to our ancestors because if not for them, we would still remain to be a colony of other countries.. worst than that, not just a colony but we will suffer under the jurisdiction of other nations..
