I think stress is a normal feeling. However, I want to get rid of these feeling. I think this information is really significant since stress is really common during this generation that even children as young as 7 years old experience it. It is very thoughtful of the blogger to share his kind of datum to other people, knowing that lot are dealing with stress. As a seventh grader, I am very relieved to know that there is actually an easy and quick way to cure stress.
ReplyDeletei think this information should also be shared to the students because not only adults are experiencing this. many young citizens are also getting stressed especially when it comes to school. we get pressured a lot and could cause us to be stressed about it . it can even result to depression/anxiety because of this. i think a lot of people should know about this since almost everyone is stressed about their school or work. this will be a very good help to us.
