Improvisation Kitchen Band or Designing a Malong | Performance Task#3.1 | Third Quarter | Music and Arts | MAPEH 7
A. MUSIC-Improvisation Kitchen Band
Guidelines:
1. This will be done individually, partner, or by groups of 2-6 members;
2. Present a simultaneous production of Rhythmic Sounds of SUA KU SUA or TU MAN produced by the natives of Mindanao;
3. Perform the rhythm and music using improvised musical instruments (Kitchen Utensil or Materials)
-Use different materials found in the kitchen or at home that may create sounds;
4. You may move, dance, and sing the song as possible (like what is in the band);
5. Have it digitally recorded and collate it as one for the group tasks.
6. Editing at the end. Please include the following:
-Name of Members-Roles
8. The video must not exceed 2 mins. You will be given the 2 weeks to do the task and we will use our asynchronous schedule time for this activity;
-You may watch the video link posted above for your guide (lyrics and vocals).
9. Submit your video/image in our LMS on/or before this on March 7, 2022

B. ARTS-Designing a MALONG
1. On your MAPEH Notebook or Short size bond paper, draw and illustrate;
-Design a MALONG textile, using different lines, shapes, flora, and fauna patterns on your design.
2. Color your design;
3. Photograph or have a selfie of your work.
4. Submit your video/image in our LMS on/or before this on March 7, 2022

*Rhythmic Accuracy/Visual-10 pts
*Creativity and Resourcefulness-10 pts
*Interpretation-10 pts
*Musical Effect/Color Harmony-10 pts
*Overall Improvisation (Band Presentation)-10 pts
Total-50 pts
