Class Officers | Duties and Responsibilities of Class Officers

The goal of class officers is to carry out discipline and safety of the class. Also, organize and facilitate activities for the enjoyment and learning of the class.

Duties and Responsibilities of Class Officers:

Mayor

- Assist the Class Adviser in maintaining the order and discipline of the class;

-Leads the class in all activities;

-Facilitates the class in the absence of the Class Adviser;

-Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Class Adviser and Subject Teachers.

Vice Mayor

-Assist the Class Mayor and work hand in hand;

-Assumes all duties of the Class Mayor in the Mayor's absence;

-Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Class Adviser and Subject Teachers.

Secretary

-Keep a written record of all class meetings;

-Is responsible for typing and disseminating information to the class;

-Assist the Class Monitor and work hand in hand;

-Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Class Adviser and Subject Teachers.

Treasurer

-Keeps an updated record of the collections/funds for the class account (if there's any);

-Provide a monthly financial report for the  Class Adviser and Classmates;

-Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Class Adviser and Subject Teachers.

Auditor

-Audits the class collections/funds (if there's any);

-Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Class Adviser and Subject Teachers.

Sergeant at Arms (PRO)

-Maintains the Peace and Order of the Class;

-Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Class Adviser and Subject Teachers.

Monitor

-Check Attendance and Keep a written record of all Class  Meeting (Synchronous and Asynchronous);

-Provide a weekly and monthly attendance report for the adviser;

-Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Class Adviser and Subject Teachers.

Tech Buddies

-Assist the classmates with difficulties in technology and gadget functionalities;

-Provide technical support to the class;

-Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Class Adviser and Subject Teachers.
