Movements In Space

Movements are done in space. In fact, there are two kinds of space which an individual can explore-personal and general space. Personal Space is the space that a person can reach by bending, stretching, twisting, etc. While, general space is the area, which includes one or more persons moving in space.

Here are the elements of movements in space:

Direction
Line of motion-forward, backward, sideward, diagonal, turning, circular.
Focus- use of the eyes or a body part, such as leg, to emphasize a point of attention.

Range
Distance covered- by locomotion and degree, number of actions in axial movements from narrow to board.

Levels
Low, Medium, High
Body Facing and Alignment
Front, side, diagonal, back, up, and down

Dance Elements

These are the four elements of dance:

Content Theme
A dance usually tells a story, conveys an emotion, or expresses an attitude. The dance uses bodily movements and gestures to communicate to the audience.

Movement
This is the fundamental element of dance. Movements are the means by which the dancer can manifest her emotions and inner feelings to the audience. Movements maybe slow, fast or they may accelerate or slow down.

Music
Music should relate to the dance for which it was created. It should not be just an aid to the rhythmic movement of the dancers.

Spectacle
The music and sequence of movements by the dancers cast a kind of spell upon the audience. The scenery and the costumes contribute to the dazzling spectacle and mesmerize the audience. The dance and the play both utilize costumes and scenery to delight the audience.

Free Download Games

I have noticed during spare time, most of the children or teenagers are busy chatting and playing with laptops or iPod. In new generation, students may not enjoy simple conversation or games. They want virtual and manipulative one. They are so much crazy about internet Match 3 Games.

What really keep them crazy and regularly on line? I asked one of my students named Paul. He explained to me that Online Match 3 Games are fun and exciting. He explained further that once you play it, you are looking forward to the next level/stages, level-up, and strive on winning the games.

Yes, it is true. I tried playing one of its featured on line games and it kept me busy. I even forgot my work assignments while playing. Actually, there are also benefits that we can get from playing on-line games like strategies, speed, analysis, etc. I like online games they offer free Download Match 3 Games and it is for free to choose character. Indeed, you can access on line games anywhere and anytime of the day.

This was the scene during fluvial procession before His grand day “sinulog grand parade”. There are many colorful boats decorated with blossoming flowers during this event.

For this year, I was not able to join the fluvial procession. I missed this kind event. I hope next year, I can get ticket earlier so that I can join the fluvial procession.

Gold Investment

Yearly the prices of commodities are getting higher and inflation takes place. The new discovery or invention of technology and gadgets are rampant. However, within the year prices devaluate because of exceeding supplies over demands. While acquiring gold and real estate, the value never devaluates. Indeed, the value increases as days passed.

Last December 2010, I bought a gold necklace as a Christmas gift for myself. I am amazed of the gold price soaring high. I realized that gold is a good asset because the price of gold never depreciates. Since it is a good investment, we should also learn to spot gold expertly so that we will not be deceived.

Nowadays, there are lots of fake gold distributed on sale and easily available even on sidewalk area. So, let the gold spot experts give you an advice about the latest updates of the value of gold and let them do the rest available on line.

Nursing Scrubs

I had a student before named Stella. She is an academic scholar, hardworking and with good moral character yet in low profile. She shared to me that when she finished high school, she wanted to become a registered nurse someday.

After five long years, we met. I happened to visit my aunt who was sick and confined in the hospital. A girl in a white uniform called me “Hi, Ma’am!” I did not recognize her at first until she formally introduced herself. Indeed, I met a different Stella. With sweet smile, accommodating, very stunning, and neat in her nursing scrubs. It seems she is very confident in her uniform.

We talked a lot of her life as a student and now as a professional and registered nurse in one of the prestigious hospital. She even told me that she is more confident and comfortable because of her new scrubs top or scrub tops. She bought it online in very affordable and economical price. I can say appropriate clothes will help to boost self-esteem.
